Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Vendor Direction: Set strategy and approve execution for our marketing vendor's paid media, SEO, AEO, and GEO programs.
  • Paid Media Budget Ownership: Own accountability for a growing digital ad budget (Google, LinkedIn) and report on performance against pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Website Ownership: Manage the company website, built in HubSpot, as a lead-generation asset, including ongoing vendor coordination.
  • Marketing Automation & Reporting: Administer HubSpot marketing automation, lead nurture workflows, and funnel/attribution reporting.
  • Product Launch Support: Support digital go-to-market activities for phased product launches.
  • Customer Marketing Program Development: Build foundational customer marketing infrastructure, including customer segmentation and lifecycle email workflows in the CRM.
  • Cross-Sell Campaign Piloting: Design and launch initial cross-sell and upsell campaigns into the existing customer base.
  • Account Management Collaboration: Refine and strengthen our established lead handoff process with the Account Management team for customer marketing leads.
  • HubSpot & CRM Ownership: Serve as the team's HubSpot manager - our workflows, customer email, and marketing dashboards all run through it - while maintaining working familiarity with Salesforce and outbound tools like Clay to support alignment across sales and marketing systems.
  • Special Project Support: Provide support for special projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
