Description

Ntracts is looking for a highly analytical marketer who enjoys finding the story in the data and turning it into action. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will own marketing analytics and performance measurements connecting campaign activity to funnel performance and pipeline contribution across the marketing function. You'll partner closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to turn data into clear insights and practical recommendations that guide budget decisions, improve conversion, and increase marketing's contribution to pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing analytics and performance measurement, including funnel reporting, campaign attribution, website analytics, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
  • Translate campaign and funnel data into actionable recommendations that improve conversion rates, guide budget decisions, and increase marketing's contribution to pipeline.
  • Partner with sales to define MQL and SQL criteria, reconcile reporting between marketing and sales systems, and strengthen BDR alignment.
  • Manage event lead flow and reporting.
  • Analyze paid campaign performance across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and healthcare trade publications, including budget tracking and A/B testing results.
  • Monitor and report on email/lifecycle marketing performance, including segmentation effectiveness, deliverability, and nurture program results.
  • Track website and landing page performance, including technical/on-page SEO metrics and answer engine optimization outcomes.
  • Serve as HubSpot administrator for reporting purposes, ensuring data quality, accurate lifecycle stage tracking, lead scoring integrity, and routing logic.
  • Support management of the marketing technology budget and reporting relationship with Definitive Healthcare

Requirements

  • Strong quantitative mindset with natural curiosity about what drives marketing performance.
  • Proven experience with marketing analytics, funnel reporting, and campaign measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights and practical, actionable recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong spreadsheet/Excel skills and comfort working across multiple data sources.
  • Experience with SQL, business intelligence tools, or data visualization platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B software or healthcare industries preferred.
  • Degree in analytics, mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, marketing, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
