Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description
In this role, you will be a highly hands-on contributor responsible for executing RapidFort’s digital marketing, state-of-art account-based marketing, webinars, nurture, and demand generation programs across channels. Working directly with the Head of Demand Generation and leveraging messaging and content created by the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a key role in launching campaigns, managing day-to-day execution, and driving measurable results.
This is an execution-first role where success is defined by your ability to build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns that generate pipeline. You will also contribute insights and recommendations to improve performance and inform strategy over time.
Responsibilities:
Architect, design, create, and implement/execute a state-of-the art Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and program
Generate personalized nurture programs (emails, social media, calls, etc.) and sequences for inbound MQLs
Hands-on Account-Based Marketing Outbound campaign specialist
Create a curated targets for individuals within specific target accounts
Always-on Campaigns
Generate personalized nurture programs (emails, social media, etc.) and sequences for outbound leads
Marketing engine
Develop program for nurturing and touching cold leads, stalled opportunities, nurture stage, and cold opportunities
BDR content, emails, scripts, snippets, and call strategies
Enable BDRs to know all of the content was downloaded, watched, selected, or viewed
Develop lead scoring strategy for CRM (Hubspot)
Matching ICP to buyer persona
Repurposing, rewriting, and retargeting content
Knowledge of ICPs and buyers inside and out
Responsible for all outbound sequences, timing, etc.
Comprehensive nurture campaigns
Lead webinar programs and initiatives (securing presenters, writing abstracts, collaborating on presentations, leading dry runs, moderating webinars)
Potential to assist with and lead inbound marketing initiatives
High growth opportunity
Technical knowledge of Google TAG manager, Hubspot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads
Email segmentations based on ICP, buyer persona, geographic
Targeting for targeted regions EMEA, US, APAC, etc.
Targeting for vertical industries (financial services, AI, healthcare, public sector, etc.)
Translate product marketing content into campaign assets (ads, emails, landing pages, social posts)
Support execution of account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting key accounts and personas
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to execute integrated campaigns
Ensure campaigns align with product messaging, launches, and positioning
Support webinars, events, and partner campaigns to maximize lead generation
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution (B2B tech preferred)
Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple digital channels (PPC, paid social, email, landing pages, etc.)
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Strong execution skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, Excel/Sheets)
Understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and campaign optimization
Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM)
Experience working with paid media budgets and/or agencies
Familiarity with cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS markets
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, candidates with experience in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Application Security, Software Supply Chain Security, or containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes will be given strong preference.
Candidates located in or willing to work in the San Francisco Bay Area are also strongly preferred.

Base Salary: $120,000–$200,000 , depending on experience and qualifications
