Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) — B2B / Pharma / Biopharma Industry

## Your Responsibilities:

● Performance & Web: End-to-end management and optimization of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and SEO (WordPress).

● Lead Pipeline: Structured qualification and handoff of marketing leads to our international sales team.

● Content: Creation of white papers, case studies, and web content tailored for B2B decision-makers.

● Budget & ROI: Ongoing monitoring and tracking of all campaign and event budgets.

## Your Profile:

● Experience: At least 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing—preferably within an industrial, technical, or life sciences background.

● Tech Stack: Demonstrated proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, WordPress, and CRM platforms.

● Mindset: Strong technical aptitude to translate complex concepts into high-impact content.

● Languages: Native or full professional fluency in English (primary working language) alongside strong business-level German.

● Project Management: Proven ability to manage budgets, meet complex deadlines, and execute international trade show projects seamlessly.

● Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the metal industry. As we set high standards for top performance, we are expressly willing to pay significantly above this baseline — your actual salary will be agreed individually, based on your qualifications and professional experience.
