The Opportunity

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will own our paid acquisition engine across Google and Meta. You'll run campaigns end to end, track every rupee to its outcome, and work closely with Sales to make sure the leads you generate actually become customers. If you enjoy digging into data, testing ideas quickly, and being accountable for results, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• •Build, run, and continuously optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• •Manage Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, remarketing, and lead-generation campaigns.
• •Drive efficiency and growth by tracking and improving CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
• •Own budgets, audience targeting and segmentation, ad creatives, and structured A/B tests.
• •Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure: GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI, UTMs, and conversion events.
• •Analyze funnel and campaign performance, and turn insights into clear reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio.
• •Partner with Sales to raise lead quality, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
• •Contribute to SEO, CRO, marketing automation, and AI-led initiatives as needed.

What You Bring

Essential

• •Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• •Solid background in performance marketing and lead generation.
• •Working knowledge of conversion tracking, GA4, and GTM.
• •Clear understanding of CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CVR, and how they connect to business outcomes.
• •Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• •Exposure to SaaS, technology, B2B/B2C, or lead-gen businesses.
• •Familiarity with SEO, CRO, CRM platforms, and AI marketing tools.
• •Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, n8n, Zapier, or Make.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• •2+ years of relevant experience with a track record of generating leads and improving campaign performance.
