Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Bangalore, India(Remote/Hybrid/In Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• •Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and brand awareness of Phykon.
• •Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
• •Create engaging content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, and website content.
• •Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• •Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.
• •Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• •Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
• •Generate regular reports on digital marketing activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• •Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT/BPO industry.
• •Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
• •Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
