This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (English & Russian) based in Italy.

  • We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing activities across webinars, email campaigns, chatbot automation, and promotional channels.
  • In this fully remote role, you will take ownership of marketing funnels from content creation and copywriting to technical setup, execution, and performance tracking.
  • You will help deliver engaging webinar experiences, build automated customer journeys, and create persuasive promotional content that drives conversions.
  • Working across tools such as ManyChat and HubSpot, you will ensure that campaigns and workflows operate smoothly and efficiently.
  • You will also coordinate external promotional placements, manage website updates, and monitor campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • The role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Russian.
  • You will join an international, mission-driven team offering structured processes, training, and a flexible remote working environment.
