Must-Have Skills

● Google Ads: Hands-on expertise in Search, Local, Performance Max, and Display campaigns, including campaign setup, bidding, targeting, optimization, and budget management.

● Meta Ads: Strong proficiency in Facebook and Instagram advertising, audience targeting, retargeting, placements, and campaign optimization.

● Analytics & Tracking: Practical experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, Meta Pixel/Conversions API, and UTM tracking.

● CRM & Lead Management: Working knowledge of GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms, including lead capture, pipelines, appointment booking, lead routing, and automated follow-ups.

● Lead Attribution & Funnel Tracking: Understanding of MQLs, SQLs, booked appointments, customer conversions, and end-to-end campaign attribution.

● Campaign Performance: Ability to analyze CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and customer acquisition metrics to recommend improvements.

● Landing Page Optimization: Understanding of conversion-focused landing pages, lead forms, and funnel optimization.

● Campaign QA: Ability to validate ad creatives, conversion tracking, landing pages, lead forms, and CRM integrations before campaign launches.

● Reporting: Experience preparing actionable weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with measurable outcomes.

Good-to-Have Skills

● Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.

● Prior experience working with US-based marketing agencies or white-label delivery models.

● Advanced hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including workflows, funnels, automation, and CRM reporting.

● Experience with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and lead-nurturing automation.

● Knowledge of organic social media strategy, content calendars, and engagement management.

● Experience with TikTok Ads or other advertising platforms.

● Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.

● Experience with Agency Analytics, Looker Studio, or other marketing reporting dashboards.

● Understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.

● Experience supporting multiple industries such as home services, healthcare clinics, retail, and professional services.
