Are you a digital merchandiser ready to take on more ownership and impact?
In this role, you’ll lead merchandising execution for a category on BestBuy.ca—shaping how customers discover and shop top tech brands. You’ll work cross-functionally with peers in marketing, design, analytics, and SEO to drive performance and optimize the end-to-end digital experience.
We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.
What you’ll do:
- Own digital merchandising for your category, including promotions, events, launches, and experience optimization.
- Optimize digital touchpoints for in-bound channels like email, search, and social.
- Use analytics tools to identify opportunities and improve performance for digital KPIs.
- Review forecasts to align featured products with demand, vendor priorities, and inventory.
- Optimize product placement, navigation, and on-site search to improve discoverability and conversion.
- Contribute to broader merchandising initiatives and help evolve best practices.
What we’re looking for:
- At least two years of experience in digital merchandising with 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or marketing environments Proficiency with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics), Excel, and CMS platforms.
- Solid commercial acumen with comfort in pricing, profitability, and basic P&L concepts.
- Strong understanding of digital KPIs like traffic, conversion, and AOV.
- Sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset and interest in contributing to team development and cross-functional work.

$53,000.00 - $66,000.00
