Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager, or Business Analyst or other relevant capacity in financial services, ideally supporting operations or client servicing platforms
  • Experience working with cross-functional engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams
  • Understanding AI/GenAI-enabled products (e.g., automation, NLP, voice AI) is highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience working with process mapping and bottleneck identification as well as large data sets. Understanding basic data analytics concepts and tools
  • Proficiency of Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and experience writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Demonstrated competency in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or broader financial services operations is strongly preferred
