This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our digital transformation journey, working with modern technologies, talented teams and a shared commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Product Manager, you'll:

  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy aligned to business goals.
  • Create, manage and communicate a product roadmap that balances customer needs and commercial priorities.
  • Put customers at the centre of decision-making by using research, testing and feedback to shape product improvements.
  • Map customer journeys and translate requirements into prioritised user stories and product backlogs.
  • Work closely with agile delivery teams to bring new features and improvements to life.
  • Use analytics and performance data to measure success and identify opportunities for further improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and gain agreement on product priorities.
  • Manage budgets across business-as-usual activity and project initiatives.
  • Share product successes, insights and outcomes with colleagues across the organisation.
  • Contribute to digital communities and champion best practice in digital product management.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines customer focus, commercial awareness and digital expertise.

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience in a Digital Product Manager or similar product management role.
  • Strong understanding of digital products, web technologies and emerging digital trends.
  • Experience working within agile delivery environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Experience shaping digital portfolios, developing channel strategies and supporting digital transformation programmes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
  • Confidence using data and customer insight to make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing budgets and forecasts.
  • Degree-level education in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a global organisation would be beneficial.
