  • Your Responsibilities: Plan and manage complex SAP S/4HANA rollout
  • projects in an international environment Develop and maintain detailed
  • project and rollout plans Ensure the timely execution of all rollout
  • activities Manage project budgets, control costs, and provide regular
  • reporting to key stakeholders Identify, monitor, and manage project
  • risks, dependencies, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate international project teams, business departments, and
  • external service providers Ensure the successful implementation of
  • local requirements within a global SAP template framework Organize,
  • facilitate, and moderate project meetings and Steering Committee
  • sessions Monitor project milestones, testing activities, and cutover
  • execution Ensure compliance with defined project governance, quality
  • standards, and methodologies Support the harmonization and
  • standardization of business processes across multiple locations and
  • regions Your Profile: Successfully completed a degree in Computer
  • Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable
  • qualification At least 10 years of professional experience as an IT
  • Project Manager in complex international project environments Proven
  • experience in multiple SAP projects, with strong expertise in SAP
  • S/4HANA and SAP rollout management Experience with manufacturing
  • processes and/or delivering IT projects within a manufacturing
  • environment Successful track record of managing multiple full-cycle
  • projects as an IT Project Manager Experience working in global
  • organizations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to
  • harmonize business processes Solid understanding of Agile project
  • methodologies, including hands-on experience with Jira and user
  • stories Experience managing complex project landscapes with
  • sophisticated governance structures and a diverse range of
  • stakeholders Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder
  • management skills across all organizational levels Structured,
  • solution-oriented, and self-driven working style, combined with a
  • confident presence in international environments Excellent written and
  • spoken English skills; German language skills are considered an
  • advantage Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or
