As a Digital Sales Representative - Expansion, you will drive revenue growth by managing and developing relationships across an established portfolio of self-service customers. You will identify new business opportunities, activate customers, and accelerate account expansion through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and solution-based selling. Working with a broad range of businesses and technical stakeholders, you will help customers maximize the value of innovative communications solutions across messaging, voice, and email services. You will own the full sales cycle for your accounts, from opportunity identification and pipeline management to deal negotiation and closure. In close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support teams, you will contribute to customer retention and long-term business growth.
