Digital Services Intern

At Alabama Credit Union (ACU), we want you to feel good about your future. The role of the Digital Services Intern position is to prepare candidates for future work through education and experience while supporting the department in data clean up and documentation initiatives. The Digital Services Intern will collaborate with all areas of the department including Digital Payments, Digital Communications, and Digital Banking.

Start Date/Duration:

• This internship is part-time (approximately 37.5 hours per week) and temporary (10 weeks).
• The program begins on May 25, 2027 and runs through July 30, 2027. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00.

The Digital Services Intern will…

• •Understudy Digital Payments Specialist
• •Draft written procedures for departmental processes for Digital Payments
• •Draft written procedures for organizational processes for Digital Payments
• •Assist in fraud screenings
• •Assist in launch of new digital services and/or features
• •Independently perform data clean up as assigned

Digital Services Intern Qualifications

Successful candidates will display the following:

Never settling for less- We seek individuals who are pushing the envelope on their own personal and professional development. Experience with Windows and Macintosh operating systems; and the ability to exercise initiative and good judgment and make sound decisions.

A history of engaging your world- Positively impacting your community through service, and a desire to get involved to create positive experiences for others are advantageous.

Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based applications.
