Tus tareas:

• •Construir, desarrollar y vender propuestas de canales específicos para la gama de productos existentes e identificar oportunidades de crecimiento futuro.
• •Construir planes de negocios conjuntos con los clientes e impulsar su implementación para alcanzar los objetivos.
• •Apoyar la entrega de estrategias basadas en el mercado, la categoría, la ruta de salida al mercado y el conocimiento del consumidor.
• •Representar activamente al canal con las partes interesadas internas y colaborar de forma interdepartamental.
• •Apoyar al equipo del canal con previsiones adecuadas de volumen/ingresos en línea con las políticas y procesos internacionales de Mondelēz International.

What you need to know about this role:

You fully contribute to the delivery of the digital transformation team's KPIs and annual objectives by leading the adoption and continuous improvement of key route-to-market technology tools. You coordinate with distributors, sales teams and cross-functional areas to drive tool adoption, distributor excellence and execution at point of sale, while leading a small team responsible for training and rollout.

Your responsibilities will include:

• •Leading the adoption of Pedido Recomendado (our AI-driven order recommendation tool) across the distributor network, through training programs, user follow-up, and continuous improvements to the tool and its performance reporting.
• •Leading the Distributor Matrix framework, coordinating with area owners to track key process and digitalization variables, and building contingency plans to bring underperforming distributors up to standard.
• •Coordinating several initiatives related to execution platforms and ERP evolution, aimed at obtaining high-quality information to improve TD operations.
• •Leading a team by defining roles, priorities, and ensuring planning and follow-up across all project workstreams.
• •Building adoption and performance tracking mechanisms as a key input for route-to-market decision-making.

What we are looking for

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, along with the following experience and knowledge:

• •2+ years of experience in sales, customer, data analytics, or similar roles.
• •Analytical skills.
• •Experience in project management, route-to-market, or digital tools implementation (desirable).
• •Knowledge of Power BI and data analysis/reporting tools.
• •Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• •Intermediate English.
• •Education: Graduate or advanced student in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Work schedule: Hybrid, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
