#### Was für uns zählt

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Bauingenieurwesen, Informatik, Digitalisierung/Transformation oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Praxiserfahrung in Digitalisierungsprojekten, Prozessoptimierung oder im technischen Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Bezug zum Baubereich
  • Versierter Umgang mit relevanten IT- und Digitalisierungstools
  • Ausgeprägte Kompetenz in Projektsteuerung sowie Verständnis für technische und betriebliche Abläufe im Bauwesen
  • Teamplayer mit hoher Kommunikationsstärke, Moderationsfähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Problemlösekompetenz und Innovationsfreude

#### Ihr Beitrag bei uns

  • Technische, organisatorische und strategische Verantwortung für digitale Transformationsprojekte
  • Eigenständige Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen in den Bereichen Bauausführung, Projektmanagement und interne Prozesse
  • Analyse bestehender Arbeitsabläufe sowie Erarbeitung und Implementierung innovativer digitaler Lösungen
  • Steuerung und Koordination aller digitalen Projekte unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Leistungs-, Termin- und Budgetvorgaben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und regelmäßiger Austausch mit Bau- und Projektleitungen, internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Partnern und Technologieanbietern
  • Schulung, Beratung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden bei der Einführung neuer digitaler Tools und Methoden
