What You'll Do

As the Dining Hospitality Manager, you will oversee daily dining operations while fostering a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and service excellence. Responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and develop dining team members to deliver exceptional resident and guest experiences.

Ensure high standards of food service, presentation, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Manage daily dining room operations and coordinate service across multiple dining venues and events.

Build strong relationships with residents and families, addressing feedback promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with culinary leadership to create memorable dining programs, special events, and celebrations.

Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and labor effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.

Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and operational planning.

Foster a welcoming, resident-centered environment where hospitality is at the heart of every interaction.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, dining services, hotel management, country club operations, or senior living dining.

Proven leadership experience managing and motivating teams.

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for creating exceptional guest and resident experiences.

Knowledge of food service operations, sanitation standards, and hospitality best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Ability to read and write English.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually , with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
