Foothills Retirement Community is seeking an energetic, service-focused Dining Room Leader to help lead our dining team and create memorable dining experiences for our residents. This is more than a restaurant job. It's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and positively impact the lives of seniors every day.

What You'll Do

Lead and support the dining room team during meal service
Ensure residents receive exceptional, attentive service
Train, coach, and mentor dining staff
Maintain dining room appearance, cleanliness, and organization
Manage supplies and assist with inventory control
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Partner with culinary staff to deliver outstanding dining experiences
Assist with special events, holiday meals, and community celebrations

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has previous restaurant, dining, hospitality, or customer service leadership experience
Enjoys working with seniors and providing exceptional service
Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills
Leads by example and works well as part of a team
Is dependable, positive, and customer focused

Requirements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
