We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-minded Full-Time Dining Server to join our team and help deliver exceptional hospitality to the residents and guests we proudly serve.

Whether you're welcoming residents for breakfast, serving lunch with a smile, or creating a warm and inviting dinner experience, you'll play an important role in making every day special. This position offers the opportunity to work any shift , providing flexibility while being part of a supportive and mission-driven community.

Compensation

Pay Range: $14.50 – $17.25 per hour ( Final offer based on your skills, experience, and professional background)

What You'll Do

Provide friendly, attentive, and professional table service to residents and guests.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve meals while ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

Prepare and maintain dining rooms before, during, and after meal service.

Assist with special events, celebrations, and community gatherings.

Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Build meaningful relationships with residents through outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

Previous restaurant, hospitality, or senior living experience is helpful but not required.
