Position Summary

Talking Stick Golf Club is looking for friendly, professional, and service-driven Servers to join

our Food & Beverage team. As a Server, you'll play a key role in providing an exceptional dining

experience for our guests—whether they’re enjoying a casual lunch or celebrating a special

occasion.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented

environment. A passion for hospitality and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• •Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• •Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• •Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature
• •Be knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and promotions
• •Upsell and make menu suggestions to enhance the guest experience
• •Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and problem-solving
• •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
• •Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• •Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• •Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions
• •Assist with event setups, breakdowns, and banquet service as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

• •Previous server or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• •Excellent communication and customer service skills
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• •Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift trays up to 25 lbs
• •Current Arizona Food Handler’s Card and Title 4 Certification (or ability to obtain)
• •Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
