Wir suchen zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt einen Dipl.-Sozialarbeiter bzw. Dipl.- Sozialpädagogen (m/w/d)

(oder vergleichbare Abschlüsse wie Bachelor/Master)

Wir wünschen uns von Ihnen

▪ ein abgeschlossenes Studium

▪ gute Kenntnisse in der Beratung von sozialrechtlichen Angelegenheiten

▪ gute Kenntnisse im Rehabilitations- und Sozialrecht

▪ gute EDV-Kenntnisse

▪ Fähigkeit zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

Ihre Arbeitsaufgaben werden u. a. sein

▪ Berufsanamnesen erheben

▪ Nachsorgeangebote einleiten

▪ sozialrechtliche Beratu

▪ Mitwirkung an der Erstellung von sozialmedizinischen Einschätzungen

▪ Vorträge und Gruppengespräche zu sozialtherapeutischen Themen
