WOHNRAUMSICHERUNG & SOZIALE TEILHABE

Du möchtest Menschen auf dem Weg in den eigenen Wohnraum begleiten und soziale Teilhabe stärken? Dann gestalte mit uns ein innovatives ESF-Projekt!

  • Stellenumfang: 100 % (Teilung in zwei 50 % Stellen möglich)
  • Projektbeginn: 01.01.2027, zunächst befristet

DAS ERWARTET DICH:

  • Individuelle Beratung und Begleitung von Menschen in kommunaler Unterbringung
  • Wohnraumakquise
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Angeboten zur Mieterqualifizierung
  • Aufsuchende und begleitende Arbeit
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines Netzwerks rund um das Thema Wohnen
  • Zusammenarbeit und Kooperation mit externen Partner:innen
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit für das Projekt

DAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und eine ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung
  • Sozialräumliches Denken und Handeln
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse und Kenntnisse im SGB II / Mietrecht sind von Vorteil
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
