Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beratung, Unterstützung und Hilfe für Patienten, Angehörige und Mitarbeiter bei Fragen der nachstationären Versorgung und Rehabilitation
  • Beratung in sozialen und sozialrechtlichen Angelegenheit sowie bei psychosozialen Konflikten und Krisen
  • Kooperation mit anderen Institutionen
  • Sehr gute Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse
