### Dipl. Sozialpädagogen (B.A. oder M.A.) (m/w/d)

in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit

  • Sie beraten und begleiten suchtmittelabhängige Klientinnen und Klienten und deren Angehörige.
  • In vielen Fällen sind Sie erste Ansprechperson für alle Fragen rund um das Thema Sucht.
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Planung und Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppentherapie
  • Beratung, Vermittlung und Behandlung im Einzel- und Gruppensetting
  • Diagnostik und Dokumentation
  • Wir erwarten:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialer Arbeit oder Sozialpädagogik
  • idealerweise Erfahrung in der Suchtberatung
  • Eigenständiges Arbeiten und persönliche Belastbarkeit
  • Weiterentwicklung der ambulanten Rehabilitation und anderer Konzepte im interdisziplinären Team
  • Kooperation mit dem komplementären Hilfesystem
