Der Verein Chancen nutzen e.V. ist in der Jugend – und Familienhilfe tätig. Neben der ambulanten Betreuung von Familien und Jugendlichen im Rahmen des SGB VIII als Schwerpunktaufgabe werden zusätzlich Projekte zur beruflichen Integration von Jugendlichen mit multiplen Vermittlungshemmnissen sowie spezialisierte Einzel- und Gruppentrainings angeboten und umgesetzt.

Für diese Aufgaben und zur Verstärkung des interdisziplinären Teams wird ab sofort einen / eine

Diplom – Psychologe / in eingestellt.

Das Beschäftigungsverhältnis ist unbefristet und in Vollzeit, Teilzeittätigkeit kann ebenfalls individuell vereinbart werden und ist möglich.

  • Die Tätigkeit beinhaltet folgende Aufgabenschwerpunkte:
  • Ambulante (aufsuchende) Einzelfall – und Familienhilfen gemäß § 27 ff. SGB VIII und entsprechend der Konzeption / Leistungsbeschreibung
  • Entwicklung geeigneter individueller Interventionspläne im interdisziplinären Team, fallbegleitende Dokumentation
  • Mitarbeit im Sozialkompetenztraining und an individuellen Gruppenangeboten u. -projekten
  • Flankierende psychologische Betreuung der Teilnehmer im Beschäftigungsprojekt
  • Kenntnisse u. Fertigkeiten
  • Berufliche Erfahrung im Bereich Hilfen zur Erziehung gemäß SGB VIII, insbesondere § 28 (Erziehungsberatung)
  • Verhaltenstherapeutische Fachausrichtung u. ggf. Zusatzqualifikation vorteilhaft
  • Sicherheit im Berichtswesen und in Verwaltungsarbeiten, Kenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Interesse und Fähigkeit an Teamarbeit und Bereitschaft zu professionsübergreifender Kooperation
  • Kenntnisse im Kinderschutz und Verfahrensrichtlinien im Schutzauftrag gem. § 8a
