Diploma Engineering Trainee - Quality (F/M/D)

Responsibilities:

• •Responsibility to ensure quality products as per requirements
• •Reduce generation of defects during production
• •Participate & support in Open eyes and Kaizen activities.
• •To ensure the quality of product during in-process
• •Responsible for the timely movement of the material through SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products)
• •Responsible for the verification of the actions initiated in-Process
• •Responsible for the containment actions

Qualifications:

• •Full time Diploma in Engineering - Mechanical
• •Train the operators and inspectors in case of customer complaints
• •Knowledge of the instruments use and handling
• •Responsible for the First Piece Inspection (FPI) and Last Piece Inspection (LPI), Patrolling Inspection
• •Knowledge of the manufacturing process and able to read Engineering Drawing
• •Basic computer knowledge and well Versed with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) - Able to operate and data entry related to manufacturing
• •Should have good communication and written skills
