Develop executive-level materials that clearly frame recommendations, tradeoffs, progress, and decisions for stakeholders at all levels.

Translate prioritized opportunities into detailed implementation plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and drive stakeholder alignment.

Partner across teams to deliver the system, process, and operating changes required to improve client experience.

Experience

5-10+ years of professional experience in strategy & execution / product development / distribution roles in either management consulting or internal strategy teams – ideally within wealth management, retail banking or lending, and/or consumer financial services

Bachelor’s degree required.

Skills/Abilities Preferred

High ownership, accountability, and autonomy, with the judgment to take initiative and drive progress without clear direction.

Experience delivering products or initiatives to retail clients, with disciplined project/program management skills.

Advanced ability to influence stakeholders and partner with teams across marketing, technology, and product to prioritize workstreams.

Quantitative and qualitative analytical capability, with a creative and flexible approach to solving ambiguous problems.
