Responsibilities :

• •To prepare and process loan disbursement, settlement, and maintenance transactions (including system captures and ensuring adherence to existing procedures and policies)
• •To handle loan disbursement, settlement, and maintenance processing as well as handling control & support process for the overall Loan Ops. Ensuring processing is in adherence with standard policy and procedures and support Business Unit in efficient and effective manner
• •Provide technical assistance to the customers and to ensure all loan disbursement, settlement, and maintenance transactions are processed and delivered to customers as per agreed service standards

Requirements

• •Strong verbal and written communication skills
• •Effective time management with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• •High attention to detail with strong accuracy in reviewing and validating information
• •Bachelor's degree in any discipline
