- Focus on Enterprise and Upper Mid Market customers in Germany
- Create and own a Territory Business Plan for Germany, executing based on Logitech Europe’s Direct Engagement strategy
- Apply structured sales methodologies (such as MEDDPICC) to rigorously qualify opportunities, assess deal viability, and shorten sales cycles
- Maintain high forecast accuracy and an updated sales funnel at all times in salesforce.com with sufficient coverage to consistently exceed quota
- Generate additional sales with our existing customers and win net new customers for Logitech
- Engage with our local base of resellers, system integrators, and distributors in Germany, building pipeline and supporting them with end customer opportunities
- Engage with the local teams of our alliance partners, such as Microsoft, Google, and Zoom
- Cross-sell the full Logitech portfolio of business products, including Video Collaboration, Personal Workspace solutions, Headsets, and Services, to maximize customer wallet share
- Execute and achieve targets in an intense, fast-paced, rapidly changing, and quarterly driven environment
- Directly target top corporate enterprise customers in the country, with a view to selling them the Logitech B2B portfolio, winning RFPs, and driving technology standards
- Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key initiatives to your client base
- Set up regular engagement with key partners to review the end-customer deal pipeline
- Deliver on-time monthly activity reports including implemented and planned activities, turnover overview vs. budget, forecast accuracy metrics, and next-month objectives
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
- 3-5 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
- Fluency in English and German
- Practical experience with and strong command of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC (or MEDDIC) to drive deal qualification and management
- Demonstrated track record of high forecast accuracy and reliable quarterly sales predictability
- Proven sales success and ability to exceed targets selling to enterprise and mid-market customers
- Experience cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners to bring a channel-centric go-to-market approach to customers
- Hands-on ability to lead all aspects of the sales cycle, with a focus on uncovering, qualifying, developing, and closing white-space accounts
- Successful track record selling complex hardware, software, or technology solutions
- Excellent time management skills, working with high levels of autonomy and self-direction
- Highly competitive, quick to ramp, extremely adaptive, and proud of exceeding sales goals
- Excel in collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Strong influencer and creative strategic thinker
- Influential communicator with strong presentation skills
- Persuasive, charismatic, engaging, and confident
- International mindset
- Role requires travel within the region
