Position Summary

The Mental Health DSP provides direct support to adults with mental illness, helping them achieve recovery and independent living goals in a safe, supportive residential setting.

Responsibilities

• •Provide compassionate, person-centered care and support.
• •Assist clients with daily living skills, budgeting, transportation, and community integration.
• •Support treatment goals and document services provided.
• •Supervise or administer medications as trained.
• •Facilitate recreational and community activities.
• •Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with agency standards.
• •Help ensure a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.

Requirements

Qualifications

• •High School Diploma or GED required.
• •Experience in mental health, human services, caregiving, or related field preferred.
• •Strong communication and documentation skills.
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• •Must meet all background check and training requirements.
