A New Hope LLC is currently hiring thoughtful, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Pocatello, Idaho.

As a DSP, you will support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities while helping them build independence, confidence, daily living skills, and meaningful community involvement.

No prior experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing support.

Available Schedules

We are currently hiring for:

Full-time positions

Part-time positions

Morning shifts

Evening shifts

Overnight shifts

Weekend availability preferred

What You’ll Do

Support individuals in daily routines and activities

Assist with cooking, cleaning, hygiene, and household tasks

Help individuals participate in community activities and social events

Encourage independence and personal growth

Provide companionship, encouragement, and positive support

Complete simple documentation regarding services provided
