En tant que Directeur·rice de mission conseil chez Thiga, tu seras amené.e à accompagner des entreprises comme Decathlon, Carrefour, Accor, … et à les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs de transformation, aussi bien au niveau de la stratégie des Produits, qu’à l’organisation à mettre en place.
Tu dirigeras un dispositif de consultants en relation directe avec le top management du client (notamment CPO et CTO) pour les aider à impulser des changements pérennes et structurants au sein de leurs équipes.
