As the Director of Advanced Capabilities, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of innovative commercial learning and development initiatives within a dynamic biopharmaceutical environment. You will strengthen the capabilities of commercial teams, helping them improve customer engagement, business performance, and strategic execution. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, you will establish scalable learning frameworks and ensure consistency across business units and geographies. Your scope will include strategic account management, business acumen, communication, advanced selling techniques, and emerging AI technologies. You will drive the adoption of modern learning solutions, including AI-powered tools and digital platforms, while measuring their impact on organizational effectiveness. This fully remote leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced learning and development professional passionate about talent development, innovation, and commercial excellence.
