Serve as the senior commercial lead for assigned strategic clients and partners, maintaining executive-level relationships and driving retention, renewals, expansion, service quality, and long-term account value.

Lead the development of commercial proposals, pricing strategies, business cases, and contract negotiations in partnership with finance, legal, risk, operations, and regional stakeholders, balancing growth, profitability, and risk discipline.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, partner strategies, and regulatory or industry developments to shape commercial positioning and identify portfolio improvement opportunities.

Own performance management for assigned programs, including pipeline progression, revenue and GWP growth, deal quality, profitability, renewal outcomes, and execution effectiveness; initiate corrective actions where required.

Provide structured recommendations, executive presentations, and decision support to Korea and regional leadership on commercial priorities, investments, risks, and partnership opportunities.

Lead cross-functional onboarding, launch, and governance of new programs, ensuring alignment between commercial commitments, operational capability, client expectations, and financial outcomes.
