About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic, commercially minded, and operationally rigorous leader to serve as a key orchestrator for our commercial organization. Working on our Commercial team directly with Sales & Partner executives to fuel the growth of Pagaya. You will act as a strategic catalyst driving key commercial initiatives, sales execution, partnership expansion, and our overarching AI development strategy.

This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and AI innovation. You will translate our cutting-edge AI capabilities into scalable commercial strategies, serving as the connective tissue between our Sales, Product, and AI/Data Science teams. The ideal candidate is a top-tier problem solver who thrives in a high-growth environment, navigating complex enterprise landscapes while building the operational engine that accelerates our revenue and partnership outcomes.

If you are a builder who loves turning ambitious strategic visions into executable realities, this role will provide unparalleled executive visibility and the chance to shape the future of our AI-driven ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & AI Commercialization

Strategic Visioning: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CCO, translating the overarching vision into actionable sales, partnership, and operating plans.

AI Integration: Bridge the gap between technical and commercial teams. Deeply integrate our sales & partnerships efforts with the company's evolving AI capabilities.

Market Intelligence: Support executive decision-making through structured analysis, market insights, and continuous feedback loops.

Orchestration & Cross-Functional Alignment

Enterprise Alignment: Act as the ultimate cross-functional orchestrator, partnering closely with Product, Finance, Operations, Risk, and Strategy teams to unblock sales cycles and advance mission-critical initiatives.

Executive Operations: Lead the preparation and execution of high-stakes commercial meetings, pipeline reviews, board materials, and strategic internal communications.

Special Projects: Spearhead high-impact, ad hoc commercial initiatives and key client negotiations, managing shifting priorities with sound commercial judgment.

Operational Excellence & Commercial Execution

Revenue Operations: Oversee and optimize the operating rhythm across all revenue-generating and partnership functions to improve sales velocity and pipeline conversion.

Scalable Frameworks: Build the reporting infrastructure, CRM processes, and operational mechanisms necessary to support rapid business growth and increasing commercial complexity.

KPI Management: Proactively monitor revenue metrics, identify pipeline gaps, and implement sustainable operational solutions to accelerate overall growth.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience spanning Commercial Strategy, Sales/Partnerships operations, management consulting, or strategic roles within financial services, fintech, or payments.

Deep background in commercializing technical/AI products, revenue operations, or complex partnership launches.

Proven experience operating effectively in a highly matrixed, high-growth technology organization, and successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.

Prior experience acting as a trusted partner or advisor to senior executives (CCO, CRO, CEO, etc.).

Domain expertise in Fintech/Lending, Consumer Banking/Payments, B2B Enterprise Sales, or Financial Infrastructure is highly preferred.

Who You Are:

An Exceptional Communicator: You possess strong executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders at every level of the organization.

An Analytical Thinker: You bring immense financial, operational, and pipeline acumen to your decision-making.

A Strategic Translator: You can seamlessly synthesize complex AI and technical concepts into clear, actionable commercial recommendations.

An Owner: You possess a high degree of urgency, discretion, and ultimate accountability for revenue goals.
