Own solution engineering and establish reusable engineering patterns, APIs, shared services, development standards and quality controls, within the reference architectures set by AI Platform & Foundation.

Lead a shared, deployable engineering pool and integrate internal engineers, PIC, systems integrators and contractors directly into accountable PODs and product teams.

Own the MVP-to-scale and POD-to-production path, including detailed design, build, integration, testing, security remediation, release readiness, deployment and scale-up.

Establish engineering excellence across code quality, peer review, automated testing, performance, scalability, resilience, documentation and technical debt management.

Lead DevSecOps, CI/CD, environment management, SRE, technical observability and run-cost management for deployed products.

Own Run & BAU performance across incidents, releases, access, service levels, operational readiness and business communications, ensuring every scaled product has a named BAU owner.

Own China-compliant engineering vendor and contracting execution, with clear accountability across PIC, systems integrators and partners.

Lead, develop and deploy engineering and operations talent and build a culture of accountable delivery.

3. Required Capabilities & Competencies
