Based in Singapore, you will partner with regional business leaders, Global EHS leadership, Center of Excellence (COE) and cross-functional stakeholders to translate global strategy into practical, locally relevant action. Drive the pSIF (potentially serious injury fatality) program and metrics to reduce regional injuries.
  • Build capability and culture: Champion a proactive safety culture through employee engagement, leadership visibility, training and the development of EHS champions across the region.
  • Lead and develop talent: Coach and develop EHS professionals while influencing extended teams through a complex, matrixed organisation.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders: Serve as a trusted adviser to business and functional leaders, integrating EHS considerations into operational planning, investment decisions and business growth.
