Our Main Clubhouse , nestled in the heart of Midtown between the Atlanta Botanical Garden and Piedmont Park, offers a refined setting for dining, racquet sports, swimming, fitness, and more.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Piedmont Driving Club is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Director to elevate service standards through focused staff training, accountability measures, and an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO?
You will foster a culture of employee engagement, ensuring that our team is well-trained, motivated, and accountable. By implementing rigorous standards for service quality and operational efficiency, you will contribute significantly to our F&B department's success. Join us to lead a team dedicated to consistently surpassing member expectations and setting new benchmarks for excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
- A competitive salary of $110,000 to $120,000

Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience.
- Proven success leading multi-outlet food and beverage operations.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls.
- Extensive knowledge of food, wine, spirits, cocktail programs, and elevated service standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during Club events and peak operational periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Private club, luxury hospitality, resort, or high-end lifestyle hospitality experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Advanced beverage certifications, sommelier training, or equivalent beverage education.
- Experience with hospitality technology platforms and point-of-sale systems.
Certifications
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification.
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification.
- Additional beverage certifications preferred.
