The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead integrated and field marketing across North America for Development Cloud, our industry-leading platform for clinical, regulatory, and safety. Partnering closely with strategy, sales, product marketing, and regional marketing teams, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that build brand awareness, generate pipeline, accelerate customer engagement, and support business growth.

You will own the integrated and field marketing strategy for North America, leading the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing programs across digital campaigns, account-based marketing, field events, executive programs, user conferences, webinars, customer advocacy, and sales enablement. Working across global and regional teams, you will ensure marketing programs are aligned, measurable, and optimized to deliver business impact while strengthening Veeva’s leadership in drug development and across clinical, safety, and regulatory.

Success in this role requires a strategic marketer with exceptional leadership, collaboration, and execution skills. You can translate business priorities into integrated marketing programs, align cross-functional stakeholders around shared goals, and use data and customer insights to optimize performance and improve outcomes.
