Director, Learning & Development

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Learning & Development based in the United States.

• This fully remote leadership role will shape and scale enterprise-wide learning and development across a complex, rapidly evolving healthcare environment.
• You will define the learning strategy, modernize the learning ecosystem, and connect workforce development to measurable business outcomes.
• The role spans onboarding, clinical and operational training, leadership development, instructional design, learning technology, and field enablement.
• You will lead a multidisciplinary, geographically distributed team while partnering closely with operations, clinical leadership, technology, talent, and other stakeholders.
• A major focus will be on leveraging analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, and modern instructional design to create scalable learning experiences.
