Key responsibilities include:
· Develop and execute account-based market development plans for priority health systems, academic medical centers and integrated delivery networks.

· Assess customer clinical, operational and economic needs across the NDD care pathway and translate those needs into qualified business opportunities.
· Develop integrated solution approaches by connecting customer needs with relevant Siemens Healthineers capabilities and selected partner solutions, including emerging capabilities where appropriate.
· Develop and qualify opportunities, build the customer and business case, and partner with account executives, product sales executives and other commercial teams for execution and close.
· Engage relevant Siemens Healthineers teams when customer needs warrant broader transformation, workflow redesign, consulting or strategic partnership models.
· Build relationships with clinical and executive thought leaders; maintain disciplined pipeline visibility; and capture customer, competitor and market insights to inform NDD strategy and commercialization priorities.
· Collaborate with the Neurology Clinics Director on opportunities that span health systems, community neurology, referral networks or other connected care settings.
Your expertise
· 8+ years of experience in healthcare, medical technology, diagnostics, life sciences, healthcare consulting, strategic accounts, sales, business development, market development or commercial strategy.
· Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, science, engineering, healthcare or a related discipline preferred.
· Demonstrated success developing complex healthcare opportunities involving multiple clinical, operational, commercial and executive stakeholders.
· Demonstrated experience developing business or strategic opportunities within U.S. health systems, academic medical centers or large integrated delivery networks required.
· Experience in neurology, Alzheimer's disease, neuroscience, medical imaging, molecular imaging, diagnostics or another relevant clinical area preferred; deep NDD expertise is not required if the candidate can rapidly build clinical pathway fluency.
· Strong strategic and commercial acumen, including the ability to translate clinical and operational needs into compelling customer and business cases.
· Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and work effectively across organizational boundaries in a matrixed environment.
· Strong interpersonal, presentation and executive communication skills, with the organization and follow-through to manage multiple long-cycle opportunities simultaneously.
