About You

This role will be responsible for establishing and leading Enhanced’s business intelligence and analytics function — defining the strategy, building the infrastructure, and developing the insights that drive smarter decisions across the business.

This is a highly hands-on and entrepreneurial role. You’ll design analytics programs, select and implement tools, and translate complex, multi-source data into actionable insights across performance, product, marketing, and operations. As Enhanced scales, you’ll also build and mentor a team and help embed data-driven thinking into the company’s culture.

What You’ll Do

Audit and improve Enhanced’s data infrastructure, sources, pipelines, and reporting.

Build a single source of truth for core metrics including revenue, CAC, contribution margin, LTV, retention, and churn.

Build self-serve dashboards providing daily visibility into performance by product and channel.

Develop and improve marketing measurement, including attribution and incrementality testing.

Build cohort, LTV, profitability, and forecasting models to support growth and investment decisions.

Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product to turn data into actionable business decisions.

You Bring

Hands-on D2C retention experience, with a track record of building and scaling lifecycle programs at a high-growth subscription business.

Strong analytical skills and fluency in retention metrics including cohorts, LTV, payback period, and churn.

Experience with subscription and replenishment models, ideally in telehealth, supplements, or another consumable category.

Experience operating in regulated categories, with the judgment to move quickly while navigating legal, compliance, and clinical requirements.
