Mendocino Community Health Centers (MCHC) is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to help shape the future of healthcare delivery across our organization.

• •Lead with Purpose: Guide and develop operational leaders and Population Health teams, creating an environment where employees are supported, accountable, and empowered to succeed.
• •Drive Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen the delivery of healthcare services across multiple clinical sites.
• •Turn Data into Action: Use performance metrics and operational insights to guide decisions, measure progress, and achieve meaningful improvements.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• •At least five years of leadership experience in healthcare.
• •Demonstrated success improving operational performance in a healthcare setting.
• •Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• •Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
• •Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• •Ability to use data to identify opportunities and drive measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications

At least five years of experience in an outpatient healthcare setting.
