Location: This position is based on-site in Moscow, Idaho, and requires five days per week in the office. We will consider only candidates who currently live locally or are willing to relocate.

Lightcast is seeking a collaborative, service-oriented Director of Internal Technologies to lead the systems, services, and technology capabilities that enable employees to do their best work. This leader will oversee IT support, enterprise applications, workplace technology, automation initiatives, and AI enablement across the organization.

The Director of Internal Technologies will ensure that employees have access to secure, reliable, and efficient technology while identifying opportunities to improve productivity through process optimization, automation, and the practical adoption of emerging technologies. Reporting to the VP of Technical Operations, this leader will partner closely with stakeholders across the company to help teams take greater ownership of their technology and implement scalable solutions that support growth.
