CoreMedical Group is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function and help drive company growth. This is a key leadership role responsible for strengthening our brand, developing effective marketing strategies, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring marketing initiatives deliver measurable business results.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will partner closely with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, leadership, clients, clinicians, and external vendors to align marketing with company priorities. You will lead marketing strategy across advertising, digital, content, social media, campaigns, brand management, technology, and recruitment marketing while using data and market insights to continuously improve results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team and manage external marketing partners.

Develop and execute marketing, advertising, promotional, digital, and content strategies.

Strengthen and maintain CMG's brand across all channels.

Partner with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and leadership to support business growth and recruitment goals.

Oversee websites, social media, content strategy, and digital marketing initiatives.

Use market research, analytics, and performance data to measure and improve marketing results.

Manage marketing technology, vendors, budgets, and promotional programs.

Support employee engagement, corporate communications, and initiatives such as Club CoreMed.

Identify and implement emerging technologies, including AI, to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership or management experience.

Strong experience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

Proven team leadership and vendor management experience.

Strong digital marketing, branding, content, analytics, and technology skills.

Ability to connect marketing strategy to business growth and measurable results.

Healthcare, healthcare staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, or staffing experience strongly preferred.

Bullhorn experience preferred.

Compensation: $100k-$150k
