You will be successful here if you enjoy working closely with nurses and CNAs, building trust, encouraging confidence, and partnering with clinical and senior leadership. That balance of credibility and approachability is what makes this role meaningful. We value leaders who are steady, clear, encouraging, and genuinely warm with others.

If you want to lead in a place that values teamwork, family, and service, you will feel at home here.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

  • Leadership that values inclusion, listening, and collaboration
  • Close partnership with nurses, CNAs, charge staff, providers, and leaders across the hospital
  • Purposeful work that directly strengthens the care experience for local patients
  • The chance to influence both the clinical and cultural direction of nursing in a closeknit setting
  • A role that keeps you connected to both strategy and patient care

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Ability to move comfortably between strategic planning, daily operations, and bedside support
  • Kind, calm, and approachable communication style
  • Curiosity, positivity, and genuine care for people
  • Confidence coaching and supporting clinical teams
  • Strength in problem solving and decision making
  • Desire to learn, grow, and help others grow

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years leadership experience in nursing required
  • RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire
  • ACLS, PALS, within 6 months of hire
  • Current TNCC or ENPC, STABLE, and NRP within 12 months of hire
  • Relevant knowledge of healthcare delivery, health reform, and care systems
  • Understanding of critical access and rural healthcare environments is ideal

If you’re drawn to a nursing team that truly cares for the community and each other, we would love to talk with you.
