Qualifications:

• •Master’s degree in human services field or willingness to enroll within 6 months of hire
• •Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent
• •Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards

Key Responsibilities:

• •Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Permanency Services Program
• •Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• •Oversee clinical and administrative functions
• •Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures
• •Supervise and support staff development
• •Represent the agency in public and private forums
• •Promote cultural sensitivity and teamwork across the organization
