  • SUMMARY
  • Leads product management org, with strong experience in Lending products/Core Banking products delivering to clients globally. Delivering innovative products to support alt finance, banks, digital / challenger banks and credit union customers. Focuses on solving problems using research, market data, design, and customer feedback while fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Champions outcome-driven roadmaps, measurable product OKRs, and disciplined discovery practices that translate insights into scalable features with clear business impact. Owns up revenue dependencies by building products that ensure revenue realisation for the organisation. Ensure timely go lives of clients by building products which are stable and outcome driven by maximising more OOB. Has a strong working experience in implementing products to the global customer base. Experience in showcasing OOB product features meeting market & prospect needs.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define and execute product strategy for business banking solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives
  • Partner with engineering and scrum teams in an Agile environment
  • Translate business requirements into technical needs
  • Ensure adherence to security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy standards
  • Drive rapid product enhancements and new feature development
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
  • EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
  • 12+ years of experience; advanced degree with 8+ years acceptable
  • 5-7 years managing and developing employees
  • Strong background in product management, financial services, or e-commerce
  • Proficiency with Agile development, programming, database, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
