- Define and lead the portfolio strategy for Women’s and Sexual Health, including portfolio prioritization, roadmap development, lifecycle investment choices, and long-range planning aligned to clinical need, market opportunity, and business objectives.
- Own product requirements and portfolio decisions across the development lifecycle, establishing clear intended use, target customer workflows, performance requirements, evidence needs, and success metrics to guide cross-functional execution and governance.
- Develop robust business cases for new products, menu expansions, claims extensions, and partnership opportunities by assessing customer need, competitive dynamics, technical feasibility, regulatory complexity, reimbursement considerations, and financial return.
- Lead cross-functional product core teams in partnership with R&D, Medical and Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and regional commercial leaders to advance programs on time and with clear decision-making.
- Translate changes in clinical practice, screening paradigms, public health priorities, and market evolution into actionable portfolio recommendations and roadmap updates.
- Establish and maintain product lifecycle strategies, including launch readiness from a product and operational perspective, supply alignment, product change management, geographic expansion planning, and end-of-life decisions where applicable.
- Serve as the global product leader for the portfolio, balancing enterprise priorities with regional market needs and ensuring product strategy reflects differences in regulatory pathways, clinical practice, and customer workflow requirements.
- Monitor portfolio performance across revenue, adoption, utilization, pricing, margin, forecast accuracy, and customer feedback, and lead corrective actions or optimization plans where performance gaps or new opportunities are identified.
- Drive portfolio governance and executive communication by preparing recommendation-driven updates, decision materials, and strategic trade-off analyses for senior leadership.
- Build strong external insight channels through direct customer engagement, key opinion leader interactions, scientific congress participation, and competitive intelligence to inform portfolio strategy and future innovation priorities.
Required Qualifications:
