Director, Project / Programme Execution

Reporting to: Senior Director, Technology & Digital Transformation, WPM APAC

Summary

This role serves as the primary business operations-to-technology transition lead supporting the WPM Technology & Digital Transformation function across APAC. The role bridges Operations, Technology Delivery Teams, and WPM Stakeholders to ensure technology implementations deliver sustainable operational outcomes, data integrity, governance, adoption, and business value.

Duties and Responsibilities

• •Partner with WPM FM Operations, Account Teams, and Technology Delivery teams incl Corrigo Deployment team to drive successful technology and data transition programs across APAC WPM.
• •Assess operational readiness, process maturity, and data quality prior to technology deployments and account onboarding activities.
• •Develop and maintain standardized Tech & Data transition frameworks, deployment playbooks, governance models, and best practices suis each Account transitioned.
• •Establish readiness criteria, go-live checkpoints, and post-deployment stabilization processes.
• •Translate business requirements into technology and data requirements, ensuring alignment between operational needs and system capabilities including KPI reporting.
• •Drive account specific data governance initiatives, reporting standards, data ownership, and quality controls.
• •Develop and execute change management, communication, training, and adoption strategies.
• •Facilitate stakeholder engagement across regional and global teams.
• •Identify process improvement, automation, analytics, and AI opportunities.
• •Maintain transition documentation, governance records, and deployment standards.
• •Perform other transition duties as assigned.

MUST-HAVE Requirements

• •Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, technology implementation, business process improvement, workplace management, facilities management, or related fields.
• •Experience leading business readiness, transition, or change management initiatives for technology deployments.
• •Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and reporting frameworks.
• •Ability to translate business requirements into operational and technology solutions.
• •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Power Platform, and reporting tools.

GOOD-TO-HAVE Requirements

• •Experience with Corrigo, ServiceNow, or other JLL WPM / EDP technology platforms.
• •Experience supporting regional or global transformation programs.
• •Certification in Change Management, Agile, Project Management, Human Centred Design (HCD) or Scrum
• •Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or digital workplace initiatives.
